SmartSourcePro™ analyzes your data and selects information needed for processing orders against rules and limits and for processing reporting required by each state. This process takes 10 seconds to a few minutes depending on your volumes.

All import processes are fully automated with checks for missing, incorrect, and duplicate data built in. 
Data errors are automatically highlighted.

Staged Orders

 

OrderCheck will automatically check for Rule, Limit, and Dry Area updates and install them if needed.

Once updates are complete the staged orders are processed and a set of reports are automatically opened. 
These reports include Passed Orders, Failed Orders and handling reports.

Rules Handling Report

These reports are designed to provide you with all the information needed to correct, cancel or otherwise handle failed orders. All the information needed to contact the customer is provided. What portion of the order can be shipped now, what date and amount an additional portion of the order can be shipped, and any amount that may be remaining are provided for limit violations. All errors and suggested handlings are spelled out and easy to understand.

Quick Reference Guides

OrderCheck provides printable Quick Reference manuals designed to assist tasting room
managers with staying up to date on compliance issues and provide ‘cheat sheets’ for tracking dry
area, approaching license renewal dates, and approaching state limits on winery shipments.

The License Renewal Reports can be used to track license renewal dates by license type and date for each state.

The State Totals Report shows aggregate limits for each state so managers can track approaching limits by Percent-of-Total.

Audit History

The history of orders used to calculate limits can be stored on a local hard disk or on any network accessible drive.
