WineCompliancePro™  

WineCompliancePro™ in conjunction with SmartSourcePro™ provides automated  compliance reporting for the wine industry.  WineCompliancePro™ identifies the correct tax categories and applies the correct and up to date rates for all products.  It calculates and completes all forms including dates, detailed shipping information, liters, gallons, taxes due and all other report requirements. All you do is sign the returns! Once the data is imported, a simple button click will generate your monthly reports saving you time and money compared to a non-automated process.  The state reports are updated monthly by WCP, Inc as part of the fee structure.

WineCompliancePro-DirectShip ™  

WineCompliancePro-DirectShip™ in conjunction with SmartSourcePro™ provides automated  compliance reporting for the wine industry.  WineCompliancePro-DirectShip™ identifies the correct tax categories of products, and where required ship-to region, and applies the correct and up to date rates for all products and all regions for accurate, automated and continually updated reporting of all state and local taxes.  It calculates and completes all forms including dates, detailed shipping information, liters, gallons, taxes due and all other requirements.  All you do is sign the returns! Once the data is imported, a simple button click will generate your monthly, quarterly, and annual reports saving you time and money compared to a non-automated process.  The state reports, and tax rates are updated monthly by WCP, Inc as part of the fee structure.

 SmartSourcePro™  

SmartSourcePro™ is the import tool that automatically imports your sales data from your system into the WineCompliance reporting engine.  It is integrated into both WineCompliancePro™ and WineCompliancePro-DirectShip™. It is extremely simple to use, and takes just a few minutes to run.  It can connect with almost any data source and has been tested and used with AMS and SAP successfully.  It is built on  Microsoft Office and MS Development tools, and provides easy to use export capability directly into a variety of formats including Microsoft Office formats such as Excel and Access.
