Founded in January 2003, Lucas Technology Solutions, Inc. (LTS, Inc.) located in Modesto CA, provides Web Design, Database Integration, and Legacy System Integration software services and applications.  LTS, Inc is dedicated to providing expertise in the design, development and deployment of technology enabled business solutions. LTS, Inc can provide all your business solution needs from design, prototyping,  programming, and QA to project management, deployment, implementation, documentation and support. 

In March 2005, LTS, Inc began efforts to bring an automated compliance solution to the wine industry.  In May 2005, LTS, Inc formed a relationship with Eva Bedolla of WineCompliance.com located in Napa, CA to help bring the solution to the wine market.  With Eva’s assistance and experience, LTS, Inc. met with St. Supéry Vineyards and Winery located in Rutherford, CA in August 2005 and forged a beta agreement to use WineCompliancePro™ and WineCompliancePro-DirectShip™ for compliance reporting.  St. Supéry Wines has successfully used this solution to process its compliance reports for Wholesale and Direct Ship Sales since then.

WineCompliancePro™, WineCompliancePro-DirectShip™ and SmartSourcePro™  1.0 was released to the general public February 1, 2006 and in June 2006 WineCompliancePro, Inc. was formed.

Eva Bedolla has been in the wine industry for 30 years in Compliance and Finance. Her experience includes wine industry leaders Domaine Chandon, Beringer Blass Wine Estates, and Australian producer/importer Southcorp Wines, The Americas (Beringer and Southcorp now part of Fosters Group). In March of 2005 Eva launched her own Compliance business, WineCompliance.com, providing consulting and reporting services to wineries in California. Her background includes state and federal alcohol reporting, appellations, wine compliance audits, labeling, licensing, research, importing and much more. Leroy Lucas is the founder and President of Lucas Technology Solutions, Inc.  Leroy has almost 20 years experience designing, developing and deploying software solutions for business. Over the course of his career he as served as a Technology Consultant, CIO, Development Manager, Software Release Manager,  Client Services Manager, Sr. Software Developer, Business Analyst, and QA Manager.  He has worked for both Software Development companies, and IT departments in small start-up environments to large Fortune 500 companies.

 

David Era

Programmer/Analyst/Developer

David Era started in the High-Tech industry in 1993 co-founding one of the first network support companies in the Silicon Valley. Dave began working in the wine industry in 2002 using a rapid application development approach for meeting business needs coding solutions in MS Access, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Corporate Radar, and other technologies for SouthCorp Wines, The Americas.  His projects include executive dashboard reporting, dimensional model data warehouse for measuring BDN depletions, SAP sales, customer, product, channel and territory data from a variety of systems and sources to support self serve data mining, and integration with global SAP Business Warehouse and other business intelligence and end-user tools.
